Our Objectives

Our objectives are aligned with our mission and include:

  • Promoting volunteerism across various sectors including health, community services, recreation, sport, youth, education, culture, and environmental programs.

  • Providing support and resources to both volunteers and agencies utilizing volunteers, offering central coordinating services, relevant information, and referrals.

  • Following up and evaluating volunteer placements to ensure both volunteers and agencies benefit from the experience.

  • Consulting with community groups in Busselton-Dunsborough and surrounds to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Promoting the objectives of the Volunteer Centre to the broader community and maintaining partnerships with relevant organisations such as the Volunteering WA, Volunteer Resource Centres and Volunteer Australia.
